Order tracking:

Once your order is shipped out, you will receive an e-mail with a tracking number (which can take 24-48 hours to update).

When will my order ship out?

All orders are processed and dispatched within 1 – 3 business days, followed by the shipping times displayed above.

Change of address:

We cannot change the delivery address once it is in transit. If you need to change the place to deliver your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at support@smartexquisite.com.

Cancellations:

If you change your mind before you have received your order, we are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy.

Parcels damaged in transit:

If you find a parcel is damaged in-transit, please contact us at support@smartexquisite.com as soon as possible. Please send a photo or video of the damage while contacting our customer service so they can take the best course of action for that order.

If your order hasn’t received a tracking update in a while, it’s generally due to a courier error/delay, and it will still more than likely be delivered within the shipping times displayed above.
